How We are Organised

The General Register Office for Scotland (GROS) is headed by the Registrar General, Duncan Macniven.

We have Four Divisions:

• Registration Division, headed by the Deputy Registrar General, Paul Parr.
• Demography Division, headed by Kirsty MacLachlan.
• Census Division, headed by Peter Scrimgeour.
• Corporate Services Division, headed by Eddie Turnbull.
