The aim of our 2007 customer survey was to assess the levels of satisfaction our customers had with our online statistical resources. The survey focussed on both this website and the Scotland's Census Results OnLine (SCROL) website. We asked how frequently customers visited the websites, the type of information they sought and any technical issues they had. We also sought their overall impression of the content, usability and navigation of the websites.
The survey also allowed customers to make their own suggestions for improvements to our web service.
